Cancellation fee:
If cancelled outside the 30
day period - 25% Fee of the Gross amount - deposit is non
refundable
If cancelled within 30 days of departure - 100% Fee of the Gross
amount - deposit is non refundable
If cancelled on the day or no show - 100% Fee of the Gross
amount - deposit is non refundable
We advise all clients to be covered with
Travel Insurance.
Conditions: The company issuing this ticket does not hold itself
responsible for any loss or accident that might be occasioned to the
holder thereof,
or loss, damage or theft of any description through
any delay or by any mishap or due to whether conditions or natural
disasters.
Availability and prices may change without notice and the terms and
conditions of each company may also apply.
All tickets are non
transferable.
Open dated
tickets need to be booked direct with the company subject to availability.
BUS
Premier Motor Service
Terms & Conditions will also apply - Premier Motor Service operates a
live manifest, which may mean that you are booking a client onto a service that
has already departed the origin. A message will display on the E-ticket if you
need to contact 13 34 10 for confirmation. This message also shows on the
sectors where the service has departed. Upon calling 13 34 10 you will receive a
confirmation number from the consultant and they will advise the driver of this
passengers details. It is important to note that Premier Motor Service will use
it best endeavours to contact the driver at the time of confirmation, however
passengers booking close to departure should be aware that it is not always
possible to do so and can result in passengers being missed. Passengers should
be at the stop, visible to the driver at least 20 minutes prior.
- Refunds:-
- 20% cancellation
fee applicable if cancelled after ticket is purchased
- 50% cancellation
fee applicable if cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of departure
- Special
discounted fares – NO REFUND
- Failure to load
or cancel six (6) hours before departure – NO REFUND
- Bookings cannot
be altered within 6 hours of departure
- Cancellation of a
bus pass – NO REFUND
- TICKETS VALID FOR 3
MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
- Conditions of
carriage are listed on the passenger ticket, please read them carefully.
- Whilst every effort
is made to maintain our timetabled services, no responsibility can be taken
for cancelled services, missed connections or accommodation costs incurred
due to unforeseen circumstances such as highway flooding or closure, traffic
delays or mechanical problems.
- All reservations are
to be confirmed 24 hours before departure.
- Children between the
ages of 10 and 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children over the
age of 10 must be approved by a Manager.
- Managers and drivers
reserve the right to refuse travel.
- Excess luggage will
incur a fee of $10 per bag in excess of 1 bag. These suitcases must not
exceed 20kg in weight. A small bag may be carried inside the coach.
- Passengers must check
in 30 minutes prior to departure. If you do not check in within these terms,
Premier Motor Service reserves the right to resell your seat.
- Photo identification
in the form of a licence or passport must be produced at check in.
